Refund Policy
If your EnChroma order doesn’t work out for you, you can return it within 60 days of the date of shipment. This applies to products purchased directly through enchroma.com except for items marked as Final Sale. Your return shipment must be postmarked by its return deadline. Late returns may be refused or assessed a processing fee, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Policy Details
Returns must be in their original condition with all original elements, including packaging. If the item is damaged or incomplete, EnChroma may refuse to accept the item or may assess a processing fee in accordance with the cost of restoring the item to its original condition.
Refunds include the price you paid for the item plus any California sales tax you paid.
Refunds do not include any shipping costs or international import fees.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Your return must include your packing slip.
Refund Processing Time
We’ll start processing your return as soon as we receive it, and you should receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of the date you put your package in the mail. The returns process includes 3 steps:
Your package is delivered to our warehouse.
We process your return and issue a refund request to your bank.
Your bank processes our request and refunds your payment.
Each step takes about 5-10 business days. As soon as we issue the refund request to your bank, we’ll notify you by email.
How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return within the U.S., please go to enchroma.com/returns to start the process and print a pre-paid return label (label available for Domestic Returns only). During the process you will have a choice to select a return for full refund or store credit (if within 60 days from purchase date). For an exchange, please select store credit and complete the return process. Once the item is received and an email will be sent with the store credit details. For International Returns, see details below.
- Repack item carefully including all components. Be sure glasses are in original case and including the packing slip and/or include your order number.
- Ship glasses in original packaging or other padded box and use the pre-paid return shipping label. Go to your local UPS store and mail to:

A UPS Tracking number will be printed on the label. Please make sure to get a receipt (and hold on to it) when you drop off the package. Keep the receipt until you have received your refund.
- Once package is received, refunds are normally processed within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email or text alert stating that your refund has been processed once complete. You will be contacted if there are any issues.
- A credit should appear on your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.
- If you cannot find your original packing slip or order number, please contact Customer Support at support@enchroma.com.
International Returns
To initiate an international return, please go to enchroma.com/returns to start the process. Once completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for international processing.
